MUSKEGO — Leah Bolskar and Caleb Besson have been named Muskego High School's 2016/17 Scholar Athletes and will represent the school in the statewide scholar athlete competition.

Leah played soccer and basketball for four years at Muskego High and was named Most Valuable Player for soccer.  She has been on National Honor Society for two years and has volunteered for projects involving the Hunger Task Force and the Salvation Army, and is a camp leader.

Caleb has participated in track and cross country.  He has been on National Honor Society for two years and is society secretary. He also is on the Principal's Cabinet, has served on student counsel for three years, and is secretary of the French Club,

Both students have been on the honor roll throughout high school.

Leah has received a scholarship to play soccer at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and plans to study physical therapy.

Caleb will attend Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan, and will study civil engineering. He plans to go out for cross country and track.
