NEW BERLIN — A 60-year-old woman who was shot on Wednesday, March 22, in her home died at a local hospital, New Berlin Police Captain Michael Glider said Monday.
No one has been arrested and the investigation has been concluded, he said. There was never any danger to the public, he said.
New Berlin police arrived at her residence near National and Racine avenues at 5:50 p.m. on the report of a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to a local hospital by the New Berlin Fire Department.
