New Berlin Eisenhower's girls tennis team followed up an impressive week, which moved them into the state rankings at No. 14, by collecting two more Woodland Conference dual-meet victories and winning the Janesville Parker Invitational.

The Lions took down Pewaukee, 5-2, on Sept. 13 and Wauwatosa West, 5-2, on Sept. 15 to inch closer to a conference dual meet title.

Lauren Landstrom, Sam Ramsey and Lauren Kosch won singles matches against Pewaukee, while Gabby Majinski and Kate McCormick and Julia Hintz and Shannon Hegeman claimed doubles victories.

Eisenhower swept the four singles flights in its win over Wauwatosa West, as Landstrom, Ramsey, Erin Dobrzynski and Kosch all won in straight sets. Hintz and Hegeman pulled out a 7-5, 6-3 victory at No. 2 doubles.

At the Janesville Parker Invitational, Eisenhower went 3-0 with wins over Badger (6-1), Jefferson (6-1) and Lake Mills (7-0).

Landstrom went 3-0 on the day at No. 1 singles, while Majinski (No. 2 singles), Cindy Liu (No. 4 singles), Ramsey/Dobrzynski (No. 1 doubles) and Riya Mehta/Meghan Sommers (No. 4 doubles) all were 2-0.

The Lions, 18-3 overall and 5-0 in conference dual meets, will play for the Woodland Conference dual-meet championship against Shorewood on Sept. 22.
